Work
The thinking behind the work matters as much as the final design.
Explore website projects built around real business challenges, customer decisions, strategic positioning, and long-term goals.
Intro
More than a gallery.
Each case study explains what needed to change, what research revealed, how the strategy shaped the site, and what the final experience was designed to accomplish.
Case studies
Recent work
A selection of strategic websites built to solve different business problems.
Inside a case study
What each one covers
Every project is written up the same way, so you can compare them on the decisions rather than on the screenshots.
-
What needed to change
The business problem the site had to solve, described the way the owner described it.
-
What the research revealed
What we found about the market, the competition, and how customers in it actually decide.
-
How the strategy shaped the site
The positioning and messaging decisions, and where they show up in the structure and the words.
-
What the build was designed to do
The job each part of the finished experience was built to do after launch.
The Meridian Method
A method, not a mystery
The same five stages on every project, so you always know where things stand.
-
01
Understand
We start with the business rather than the design. Research, competitors, and how customers actually decide.
-
02
Position
We settle what the business should be known for, and the messages that carry it.
-
03
Plan
Search strategy, sitemap, content mapping, and the path a visitor takes to a conversation.
-
04
Create
Copywriting, design, custom WordPress development, and testing.
-
05
Grow
Launch, training, documentation, and a plan for what comes after.
The person you'll work with
Brooke Kennison
Founder and engineer, At The Meridian.
I'm an engineer, not a marketer. I started At The Meridian because service businesses kept getting sold websites they couldn't change and didn't understand.
My background is development, strategy, SEO, and automation, plus several years working in general dentistry and orthodontics. That mix is why I can look at a website from the owner's side, the customer's side, and the side of whoever has to keep it updated.
I build every site myself and explain it in plain language. When you have a question, you're talking to the person who wrote the code.
Who we build for
