Payments are subject to the terms stated in the applicable invoice or agreement.

5. SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases

At The Meridian operates an SMS/text messaging program for prospective and existing clients who choose to receive communications from us.

If you provide your mobile phone number and select one or both SMS consent options, we may send you text messages according to the consent option or options you selected.

Transactional and informational text messages may include:

• Follow-up regarding a project inquiry
• Discovery call confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Customer support communications
• Project-related communications and updates

Promotional and marketing text messages may include:
