Creedence Contracting
Repositioning a growing Northern Indiana contractor with a strategic website that brings its craftsmanship, services, faith, and commitment to community into one connected digital presence.
Overview
A GROWING CONTRACTOR NEEDED A WEBSITE TO MATCH.
Creedence Contracting was entering a new stage of the business. After operating more broadly as a general contractor, the company was sharpening its focus around four core services: roofing, siding, flooring, and concrete. That shift created a bigger challenge than updating the look of the website. Creedence needed to reposition the company so customers could quickly understand what they do now, where their expertise lies, and why they should be considered for those services.
At the same time, the business itself had grown. Creedence had built a larger team, years of experience, a physical showroom, a strong local reputation, and a faith-driven mission centered on serving its community. The digital presence needed to communicate the caliber of the company Creedence had become, not the broader general contracting business it had been.
The strategic website brought those pieces together. We reorganized the experience around Creedence's four priority services, clarified the company's positioning, and built a stronger story around what makes the business different: specialized expertise, craftsmanship backed by purpose, a recognizable local presence, and a mission that extends beyond the projects themselves.

The challenge
THE BUSINESS HAD OUTGROWN ITS DIGITAL PRESENCE.
-
More Than a Contractor
Creedence's faith, community involvement, and larger mission weren't secondary details. They were central to understanding the company.
-
Multiple Services, One Brand
Roofing, siding, flooring, and concrete each needed visibility without making the business feel fragmented or difficult to navigate.
-
Local Growth Needed Structure
The site needed to support customers across Northern Indiana while creating a stronger foundation for service- and location-based search visibility.
What we did
WE BUILT AROUND WHAT MADE CREEDENCE DIFFERENT.
-
Clarified the Position
We moved Creedence beyond generic contractor messaging and centered the experience around the intersection of craftsmanship, faith, community, and the quality of the work itself.
-
Structured the Services
Each core service was given a clear place within the customer journey, helping homeowners understand what Creedence does while creating stronger opportunities for search visibility.
-
Made Mission Visible
Instead of burying Creedence's beliefs on an About page, we integrated its mission throughout the experience so customers understand the people and purpose behind the company.
-
Built for Growth
We created a custom digital foundation that can support new services, service areas, project content, SEO efforts, and the continued growth of the business.
THE BUSINESS
THE STORY WAS BIGGER THAN CONSTRUCTION.
Creedence had something many businesses struggle to manufacture: an actual point of view.
The company describes itself as “Carpenters Connecting Communities to Christ.” Construction is the craft, but community outreach and discipleship are part of the larger reason the company exists. Creedence supports community initiatives, works with other local businesses, and intentionally connects its work back to its faith.
That created an important strategic decision for the website.
We didn’t want Creedence’s faith to feel like a paragraph added to an otherwise generic contractor site. It needed to feel inseparable from the company itself while still making it extremely easy for a homeowner searching for roofing, siding, flooring, or concrete to understand the practical services available.
The website needed to communicate both: what Creedence builds and what Creedence stands for.
THE STRATEGY
ONE BRAND. MULTIPLE PATHS INTO IT.
A homeowner with storm damage is arriving with a very different need than someone planning new flooring or a concrete patio.
So rather than forcing every visitor through one generic “Services” experience, we structured the strategic website around distinct service paths while keeping each one connected to the larger Creedence brand.
Roofing, siding, flooring, and concrete can each explain the problem, service, expertise, and next step in greater depth. Location-focused content creates additional paths for customers searching in the communities Creedence serves.
That structure serves two audiences at once: people need an easier way to find what matters to them, and search engines need enough context to understand where and how Creedence is relevant.
THE POSITIONING
PURPOSE BECAME PART OF THE EXPERIENCE.
The strongest differentiator wasn’t something we needed to invent.
It was already there.
Creedence had a story about faith, service, craftsmanship, and community. Our job was to make that story easier to see.
The finished experience gives the company’s mission room alongside practical proof: customer reviews, its team, years of combined experience, service expertise, project work, licensing and insurance, and the communities it serves.
Together, those pieces create a fuller reason to choose Creedence than “we do quality construction.”
The website doesn’t just tell customers what Creedence does.
It gives them a reason to believe in who they’re hiring.
The finished site
BUILT TO LOOK LIKE THE COMPANY THEY'D BECOME.
